SERVICE AGREEMENT
This specification standardizes the platform's full-link user data and service record retention mechanism, clarifies the rules of order data storage, historical record inquiry and service traceability, and provides complete data basis for user daily inquiry, after-sales rights protection and service record verification.
All user core transaction data generated on the platform will be completely and stably retained in the official background, including order submission records, payment records, commodity transaction details, logistics delivery records, after-sales processing records and order closing records, supporting long-term user inquiry and verification.
Users' daily browsing tracks, operation behaviors and interactive data are only used for internal platform experience optimization and personalized service improvement. All non-transaction sensitive data will not be publicly displayed or externally transmitted to ensure user privacy security.
Users have full independent inquiry and management rights for personal order data. They can independently view, screen, sort and export historical order records in the personal center, realizing full autonomous management of personal transaction service data.
The platform adopts high-security encrypted cloud storage technology for all user data, with perfect data backup, disaster recovery and anti-leakage mechanisms, effectively avoiding data loss, damage and abnormal access, and fully protecting user data and privacy rights and interests.
